MI-DEL sent me a free product voucher to try out their products and my son picked out the Gluten Free Arrowroot cookies! These cookies are very cute as they are shaped like animals! My kids and I thought that these cookies were delicious! They have a great texture and a wonderful taste for a gluten free cookie. I learned their name comes from the wife of the guy, Samuel, who created the company. It's an interesting name, so it was kind of cool to learn how that name came about.
